I always keep coming back to my favorite hotel in Shepton Mallet. The staff here are so helpful, they even gave me a cold drink on my first stay. With free Wi-Fi, parking, a bar, and a restaurant, it has everything I need. Can't wait for Easter!

Very nice staff, allowed us to upgrade rooms to more beds for adult children traveling. Lovely garden, tasty breakfast. Across the street from wonderful take-out Chinese and Indian food when we arrived late at night. Be sure to see the antique well downstairs.
Be ready to carry your luggage up a steeper flight of stairs.

Nice and Clean Rooms, good value for money. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is clean. The hotel is conveniently located near the town center and has plenty of parking space. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, always ready to help. Breakfast was tasty and the menu had a good selection of options.
Parking can be a problem, as there are not enough spaces available. there was no clear signage indicating where to park, so upon returning to the hotel, I was confronted by an angry staff member who scolded me for parking elsewhere.

staff were Brilliant ,rooms were cleaned while you were at breakfast.Manager/owner could not have been more helpful or attentive if he tried.really enjoyed our stay.will most surely use this Hotel again,and again.
